Linda Shawn, CPA
Linda Shawn is a director of Shawn & Pace, PLLC. She began practice in Kilgore, Texas in 1985 as an accountant for Marshall Supply Company, Inc. From 1995 through 2023, she has developed an outstanding reputation providing tax and consulting services to both businesses and individuals in East Texas. Linda is a member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs.
Steve Pace, CPA
Steve Pace is a director of Shawn & Pace, PLLC. He began practice in Dallas, Texas in 1978 then transitioning in 1985 to form a consulting firm performing litigation services. In 1996, he formed PayOGFE.com, a fully integrated internet based system which provided a total outsourced solution for paying officials. This system was later sold to the NCAA in 2016. From 1996 through 2020, Steve was the CFO and CCO for the Big 12 Conference.
